In
1985 Burnt Tavern Convalescent Center opened its doors to the community
providing traditional nursing home care. As health care and community needs
evolved we expanded our services to include sub-acute rehabilitation, respite
care, and hospice services. It consequently was renamed Burnt Tavern
Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. In September of 2002, The Bridges at
Burnt Tavern was added to the continuum of care services. This new unit
serves to bridge the gap in health care and housing needs for the older adults
in the larger community. Our personal care home is designed to provide
assistance while promoting a sense of dignity and independence. |
Our
goal at Burnt Tavern Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is to maximize dignity
and quality of life within an environment that is both nurturing and respectful
to the individual. We strive to enable every resident to reach his or her
fullest potential in our community.
The nice part about living in our community is the continuing care we offer. Our
services can grow as medical needs change so you will not have the inconvenience
and uncertainty of moving to a new facility. |
